What to Bring:

How to Register:

1. Visit the Registration Desk at the Main Entrance.
2. Our friendly admin team will assist with forms, room allotment, and advance billing.
3. You’ll receive your patient ID band and information brochure.

Pro Tips:

1. Use our 30-minute pre‑registration service to reduce waiting time.
2. Bring one family member to help complete the process.
3. Ask for an estimated cost sheet upon request.

During Your Stay (When You Are at Ward)

Welcome and Orientation:

1. A nurse will show you around: bed features, nurse call buttons, meal service, washroom, and amenities.
2. You’ll receive a Patient Stay Kit (soap, toothpaste, towel).

Daily Routine:

  • Doctor Rounds: Typically between 9–11 AM.
  • Nursing Care: Available 24×7; vital sign checks every 4 hours or as advised.
  • Quiet Time: 2–4 PM for rest and recovery.

Communication:

  • Your primary doctor leads rounds; nurses update you regularly.
  • Contact the Nursing Desk for assistance; phone your room’s help button in urgent cases.

Safety & Comfort:

  • Mask use and hand hygiene are mandatory for all.
  • Regular sanitization of rooms and facilities.
  • Free Wi‑Fi, TV, reading light, and charging points available.

Discharge Planning:

  • Notification 24 hours in advance.
  • Discharge checklist includes final billing, report collection, prescription, and follow-up appointment.
  • Morning: 11 AM–12 PM
  • Evening: 5 PM–7 PM
  • Rules: Max. 2 visitors at a time, children under 12 discouraged unless necessary.
  • Visitor Courtesy: Masks & hand sanitization required.
  • Exceptions: Special permission for critical/non-COVID cases (contact nursing desk).

Medical Services:

1. Cardiology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Oncology, etc.
2. Critical Care: ICU, NICU, SICU, and PICU.
3. Diagnostics: 24×7 Pathology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Imaging (X-ray, USG, CT, ECG).

Clinical Protocols:

1. Adhere to infection control: sterilization protocols, disposable gowns, and gloves.
2. Blood transfusion safety: validated cross-matching and monitoring.
3. Pre-surgery checklist: consent, fasting, vital assessments.

Patient Safety Measures:

1. Use of barcode ID bands to avoid errors.
2. Medication double-check protocol.
3. Regular rounds by the safety & infection control committee.

Your Role:

1. Inform us of allergies or changes in health.
2. Report discomfort or pain promptly.
3. Follow pre-op/post-op instructions carefully.

  • ICU: Intensive Care Unit – for critically ill patients.
  • NICU: Neonatal ICU – care for newborns.
  • SICU: Surgical ICU – post-surgery critical care.
  • TPA: Third Party Administrator – insurance processor.
  • Pre-op: Pre-operative – before surgery.
  • Post-op: Post-operative – after surgery.
  • IV: Intravenous – medication/fluid via veins.
  • Vitals: Key health measurements: BP, HR, Temp, Respiration, O₂ Saturation.
